Fans of New England: The best fans that any team could wish for. This is your 3rd Super Bowl in 4 years.

This great accomplishment happened because we are blessed to have smart and talented players, a brilliant, tireless coach in coach Belichick and his entire staff; and a great personnel department led by Scott Pioli.

The NFL is the great leveler of all sports.

And the Super Bowl is the highest form of competition.

Competition is the foundation of what made this country great.

And I am proud that we were able to win this Super Bowl with stressing team, and not individual accomplishment.
